The So You Think You Can Dance top 14 dance their hearts out tonight with two dances by different choreographers. First of all I need to say Cat Deeley as always was beautiful, and looked fabulous, especially in comparison to the grey dress she wore last week. I should also point out the disclaimer that I have a big crush on Cat Deeley, big enough that my wife has said if she will come to our bed, she would accept it as being fate.

The first couple up tonight were Will and Cynthia Rodriguez Jessica King dancing the jive by Tony Meridith and Melanie Lapatin. Jessica’s normal bounciness seems quite bounciness seems appropriate for this dance. They look wonderful in their costumes tonight and pull off a respectable jive. If there was a stronger partner it would most certainly be Will. The judging lets them know they were off to a rocky start. Be glad there are two dances tonight.

Next up is the new couple Thayne and Natasha Schneider Comfort Fedoke. They look good together and she has removed piercings. Andy Blankenbueler has the pair dancing the Cool routine from west side story and there are some moments when I actually believe the sexual tension/passion out of Thayne. It is near impossible to match Jerome Robbins’ brilliant choreography from the original performance of this, but Andy does a good job even if the judges are only luke warm about the routine.

Kourtni Lind (who I also have a secret crush on so don’t tell Cat or my wife) and Matt are up next doing Sicily Lelisa smooth hip hop routine. I thought it had some really hot moments, but I could be biased by my crush. Sid and Nancy Tabitha and Napoleon think they were groovy, but not good enough for a hip hop competition. Cynthia Scurtis Mary Murphy didn’t feel it, but didn’t hate it. Nigel thought it was hip hop on sleeping pills. To be fair though and bring perspective back into the dance Kourtni Lind was lovely. We might however be saying goodbye to Matt this week, which would be a shame because Kourtni needs his height to showcase her size. Maybe we could let her dance with Cat.

Next on DDR are Chelsie Hightower and Alex Rodriguez Mark, who are dancing a Mandy Moore Jazz number. For the record and matters of full disclosure, my views of Chelsie may be slightly colored by my crush on her that is much smaller than the one I have on Kourtni Lind. The both look fabulous especially when we see her ass in the air. She also swivels her lips like she means business, business that will cost a lot of money and probably worth every penny of it. Mary loved Every minute of this dance which to be fair didn’t last very long. Nigel thought it worked, Tabitha and Napoleon thought the chemistry was great.

Twitchington was as my wife said “Oh Baby!” Of course she was looking at Twitch and not the fabulously sexy Kherington Payne. Although I must admit if I were into guys… They drew the Paso Doble by choreographed by Tony and Melanie. She was fabulously hot, he was only so so, but it would be hard to be the stronger dancer here because it might overshadow his partner and he has a habit of playing her up. Tabitha and Napolleon thought it was a slow build which is risky. Mary Murphy called it “Full of Passion’, but just okay outside of that. Nigel was very entertained and frankly I am with him on this Kherington’s face was beautiful, sexy, and demandinging. Maybe she just demanded too much out Twitch this time.

Katee Sheen and Joshua are dancing a Mia Michael’s routine. I must also disclose my crush on Katee Sheen. She is absolutely adorable and could wrap me around her finger. I wonder how Katee’s roommate Natalie Reid, would feel about that. Back to the dance. it starts very slow and simple then builds into something fabulous. I am not crazy about her hair for this, but it is the first time we really see that under her softness she still has sharp Asian facial features. There wasn’t a judge that didn’t love this and well there wasn’t any cause not to. This is perhaps my favorite Mia Michael’s routine to this point on the show.

Last up are Courtney Galiano and Gev. I am also admitting my minor crush on Courtney Ann Galiano (not for the first or last time). It is nothing serious, but nothing I would say no to if I were single, but also I would trade my marriage for. She gets down and dirty with this hip hop routine. She owns what Gev can’t seem to control at the moment. Despite the workboots she has the footwork and well she always has had a fabulous upper body. The judge are all split on this noting the same things I did, she had it going on and Gev didn’t. He could be in trouble this week.
