The standard is high for this Revolution. The good hip hop dancers have had a very strange affect on Nigel.
We start Milwaukee week with a recap of a DC dancer who is just amazing. Michael had made it to Vegas on Season Two. They showed his audition and put him clean through.
They also showed us Katee Sheen and her roommate who are both fabulously hot. If they aren’t lovers, well I can’t say that I have ever seen friendlier roommates. Natalie Reid the second half of the duo moved wonderfully, but wasn’t as beautiful of a dancer. The judges sent them both straight to Vegas.
Janette and Romulo put on a fabulous show for us. Katy said she would kill for Janette’s body. I want to know how many bodies I will be hiding for her. Janette is through, but Romulo isn’t. (more…)

Like many thirty something white guys I got my first taste of Bo Diddley from Nike’s Bo Knows campaign. I had of course heard of his name being into music, but I didn’t know who he was. Bo Diddley has left this world this afternoon and it saddens me that my son isn’t old enough to know or really appreciate the music that I will no doubt be playing for the next several days non stop. Thankfully Katy understands and will be commisserating along with me. Bo Diddley, Bo Diddley Where have you gone?
As a performer with a sound all his own I can really describe how that music makes you feel. But I can tell you where we would be without that sound, a place that lacks good music. I think Father Guido once said it best Hell is a place with no music at all. That is what the industry would be without Bo.
Even if you aren’t a blues or Bo Diddley fan, the Bo Beat is no doubt part of at least one of your favorites songs. Just take a look at the partial list collected at Diddley Beat.

So You Think You Can Dance hits Washington DC the home of the waffle stomp.
Megan Campbell showed off both her body and talent. She is strong and graceful. She stole Nigels heart. Mary was really impressed. Dan thought she was wonderful and gets to go straight on through to Vegas. Nigel was flirting with the fat aunt.
Dancing Derrick is back again and says he is taking classes to be a better dancer. No one sis really sure what he is doing. He is having fun, no matter what. Nigel just goes wow, but I don’t think this was a good thing. Mary was just doing some head shaking. Dan was not sure what to say. Derrick had a lot to say, but didn’t quite seem to get the answers.
