Low Carb Things to do with Hamburger
Friday, March 21st, 2008[ad]Several places I go I keep seeing the same question what more can I do with hamburger. I often times tell these people what I do, then I had an epiphany. I wasn’t doing anything to really help these people by telling them the answer over and over again. Many of them honestly didn’t seem to know to do a Google search so in the nature of helping my fellow carnivores and to save on the number of times I have to type out a list here we go
- Broil a patty topped with your favorite cheese
- Broil a Patty topped with salsa
- Broil a Patty topped with bacon
- Make taco meat for taco salad
- Make mini meatloaves. If you are feeding a family it is easy to make several kinds, either low carb or not, for different people. it is also a way to get kinds involved in cooking. I prefer to mix my beef with ground pork for meat loaf.
- Make meatballs.
- Make Buffalo Moo (meatballs rolled in your favorite wing sauce) (more…)
