Thankfully today’s Google Trends brings you Family Guy’s Meg Griffin in the top spot and acknowledges at best medium hotness. We also have naked Aniston being popular. While not unattractive, I have a hard time seeing what is so incredibly attractive about Jennifer Aniston, much less a naked Jennifer Aniston. I wouldn’t turn her out of my bed, and she is certainly much improved over Amy Winehouse topless. I guess some will do anyone even a medium hotness Meg Griffin.
In our getting old school Hotness Barbara Billingsley turns 93. Go Mrs Cleaver! I still think her best role though was in Airplane. Other birthdays of mention and note Jordin Sparks is 18. BFD on Jordin because the curvy girl who looked good in a pair of tight jeans on American Idol now looks like she has eaten Randy Jackson with a side of Simon and could use Paula Adbul as a toothpick. Ralph Fiennes is 46 and inisists that his name is not pronounced like Ralph Wiggam. Much Cooler than Ralph is Hector Elizondo who is 72. Brooke Nevin who is much prettier than Jordan Sparks turns 26 and thinking of her reminds how much I really enjoyed The 4400. I think I’ll break out the DVD later. I might have to put in some of my Favorite Dina Meyer movies too. I wish I had Birds of Prey on DVD. Moving on from The 4400 we have that other similar show Taken staring Heather Donahue as the adult Mary Crawford. Heather Donahue turns 34. The young but still pretty Samantha Bunton of the direct to video movie Sandlot is 17.

Other Celebrity Rumors include Michael Jackson is ill. Michael Jackson ill? Well many of us have thought for a long time he was positively sick, but it appears Jacko needs a lung transplant. A Michael Jackson lung transplant if he gets one will probably mean an end to his singing career, which in my less than humble opinion ended some time in the early to mid eighties. A Michael Jackson lung transplant, probably means h will have to quit chasing young boys too.
That about does it for this edition of Google Trends, now why don’t you surf on over to something important like bowl game results for 2008. You might need to think about which christmas presents to take back to settle with your bookie.

What’s Hot has been somewhat absent of late. That is mostly because the gossip mill has been kind of quiet and the tv and movie news not all that exciting. But as awards season starts to bloom, hopefully there will be a lot more to blog about. For now, here is some news from the world of television. Heroes, Privileged, and Leverage spoilers herein.

According to the Chicago police, William Balfour was arrested in connection with the murders of the mother, brother and nephew of former American Idol star Jennifer Hudson. Balfour is the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister. No motive for the slayings was disclosed, but police told the Chicago Tribune that on the morning of the killings Julia Hudson reported to her job as a school bus driver and learned that her paycheck had been garnered due to unmade payments on a car that Balfour had taken earlier. She then called Balfour. Sources – who reconstructed events based on conversations with a girlfriend of Balfour’s – told the Tribune that Balfour then went to the Hudson home and fired through the front door, striking Jason Hudson. Darnell Donerson was allegedly shot as she entered the living room.
the 1980s classic Fame is being remade with Kelsey Grammar, Megan Mullally and Debbie Allen. Production begins Wednesday on the flick, which will follow the same premise as the first film — chronicling a slew of dancers, singers, actors and artists over four years from auditions to graduation. Allen, who appeared in the original Fame as dance teacher Lydia Grant, will return to the school’s halls as principal.
Grammer will play the orchestra conductor; Mullally, a voice teacher; Neuwirth, a dance instructor; and Dutton, an acting teacher.
Fame will “live forever” again Sept. 25, 2009.
Heroes shocked everyone last night by inferring that Sylar killed Elle. But Kristen from E! entertainment says that all may not be lost for our fair villianess. There may be some kind of coverup and Elle will rise from the dead. Thanks to HRG’s revelation that he may not be a Petrelli after all, Sylar is going on a hunt for his past. Nathan Petrelli is at a turning point. He’s ready to harness his power, only he’s still not sure in whose service he ought to employ that power. What does he decide? Well, let’s just say that in 2009 Claire-Bear might have another morally ambiguous dad to disapprove of.

[ad]What’s Hot is dispelling some rumors and giving up the latest news.
Fear not Pushing Daisies fans, the show is still alive and well. ABC has not yet informed producers whether the series will end after its initial 13-episode order for the current season. In fact, show runner Bryan Fuller confirms that he has not received any word yet on the show’s fate. The current rumor being spread is that Daisies producers were told by ABC to treat episode 13 (which begins filming Monday) as a series finale, which some fans have interpreted as definitive news that the network decided to cancel the series. Not so say reliable sources. Producers have not yet been told whether they will receive a pickup for the remaining nine episodes of the current second season, and that is still a possibility. Producers have not yet been told whether they will receive a pickup for the remaining nine episodes of the current second season, and that is still a possibility. Fans have already been rallying to keep the show on the air and I’m sure that this latest news will just add more fuel to their efforts. (more…)
