Examining what might have been might have been is quite possibly the best way to understand what is.  To start out this book series I want to start by introducing a few of my favorite Alternative history series.  At the end will be a list of alternative history authors that i hope grows in time.

Having been hand a demo of Britney Spears upcoming album Circus I was loathe to actually listen to it and really didn’t want to review but this was the first bit of prerelease I have had in my possesion for a while .  I was actually surprised I liked the first track Womanizer.  The song synth pop beat took me back to a time in the mid eighties.  The second track Circus has a similar feel and beat to her first big hit, Baby One More Time.  The lyrics and vocals have matured, but it still has that catchy beat.  Kill The Lights is much the same way for me vocally more mature but still with that dance beat that she debuted with.  Shattered glass will be a song popular with fans of Oops I did it again.

Most of the other tracks are a mix of old and new Britney Spears which is either a circus or freak show depending on how you feel about her.  The songs are filled with danceable synth pop and forgetable lyrics.  There are two songs that really stand out for me though.  Out From Under could be an anthem for anyone who wants to make a clean break from their past, something that would be very good for her.  It would be good to see her move wild child to mother and no what her real priorities should be.

The last song that really struck me is My Baby.  My daughter having been born just nine days ago made this somewhat of a special song for me.  When it came on and spoke of tiny hands, my baby, had hers wrapped around my finger and it was just a moment frozen for me.  None of the other lyrics really matter, but the whole tone of the song not only kept me listening but made it a worth iTunes pruchase.

Miley Cyrus Dead? Not quite and not even. In what is another hoax as I suggested last night the confirmation is now coming from many sources and being reported by bloggers all over.

Hannah Montana star victim of another internet hoax…

Miley Cyrus has been targeted by another sick internet hacker, who claimed that the Hannah Montana star had died – this is yet another internet hoax and is totally false.

Rumors of Miley Cyrus being dead after being involved in an accident caused by a drunk driver are running rampant. But is there any truth to the death rumors? Nope, yet another hoax.

I feel like buzz of Miley Cyrus being killed in a car accident were floating about a month or so ago, but then again, celebrity death hoaxes seem common. Some people have a sick way of entertaining themselves.

So, bottom line - did Miley Cyrus die? No. All’s good with our girl Miley.

Miley Cyrus Dead From A Drunk Driver

Spreading false death rumors in cyberspace has been very rampant lately, and many celebrities have already been victimized. But like I said in my Lil Wayne “death” post, it may well work to their advantage. For one, the publicity is good. After all, even bad publicity is good for their careers sometimes. For another, according to some Asian superstitions, false death rumors will only bring the victim longer life.

I’m sure this is not the end of this. Rumors about Miley Cyrus dying in another way will surface again in a few months, and judging from the trend at which these hoaxes appear on the web, expect the next one in January! He he.

With rumors about Miley Cyrus’s death abounding again for the second time in as many months I thought it high time Celebrity Rumors and More should be putting up a gallery of the young beauty.  Whether Miley Cyrus is dead this time or not she will always be alive in photos.

Is Miley Cyrus Dead? I don’t know and I hope not.  Of course this is about the third time she has died this year.  Rumor was a couple months ago she died in an LA car accident, but was miraculously reincarnated for a New York movie premier on the same day.  Even earlier in the year she died in another car accident but was seen later on that afternoon shoe shopping.  While it would be likely be easy to mistake the gorgeous young woman as a goddess if we got to see her naked ass, I just don’t think she has that sort of recuperative power as a mere human.  Shit it took Jesus an entire weekend to raise from the dead.  While Bernie could be passed off as alive during a weekend, Miley Cyrus was always a little more animated and the public has seen that movie.

A story said to be written by Rueters [sic] circulated the internet full of misspellings:

Actress Miley Cyrus Died in Terrible Car Accident

Teen star of the hit Disney television series “Hannah Montana” Miley Cyrus appears to have died in a tragic car accident in the early hours of Friday morning. The young starlet was on her way to the filiming [sic] of the upcoming “Hannah Montanna” [sic] Series when her vehicle was reportedly hit by a large truck. Witnesses estimate that the colliding vehicle was travelling [sic] at “At least 55mph” and had “Run a stop sign.” Although rushed in a [sic] critical condition to Pacific Alliance Medical Centre [sic], the news broke quickly amongst reporters that the teen had succumbed to her injuries during surgery.

Where will she rise from the dead tomorrow? It is hard to say, but like Lazarus she will rise again. For the record she will probably die again before the year is over too.
